That was in the nick of time
Finally got the furnace cleaned and fixed on Monday. Which was a good thing because we're finally getting November weather. And Wisconsin winters means furnaces are not optional. They did confirm what I already knew: the furnance is thirty years old, and this is the last winter. So I'll have to suck it up next spring and get a new one. Because of course I have five, six thousand extra dollars laying around.
