Originally uploaded by mlewys. This is my cheese shop. Yes, that's right, it's been in business since 1887. They still use a wooden door cooler and marble table tops for cutting boards. An eight page, double sided printout names every cheese in their possession. Import, local, I have yet to be disappointed by anything. Hubby loved their beef bologna because it was fresh with no preservatives.
