what an awesome weekend!!! if only it hadn't gotten cut so short by a previous obligation, but oh well, i still had a great time so its all good!!! i'll talk about it more when i have more time but i thought this was lj worthy...
last night at the gathering we were singing one of my favorite songs "lord of the harvest". part of the song goes a little like this: for the hands are few and the need is great, lord of the harvest on you we wait, won't you send your rain on this thirsty plain, lord of the harvest revive this land again.
well i knew how awesome God really is because he was so talking to me saying that i need to refocus my energies. sure, we sing songs all the time in chapel but how did he get my attention this time?? by literally raining on me, there was a leak in the trusty chapel roof and during the song i could feel the slight drip of rain on me, maybe it was his way of reviving me again??
