Wednesday May 4: Wegmans called for a phone screening and informed me that I'd be getting a call later in the week for an interview.
Thursday May 5: Jason Skelly from Wegmans called me asking me when I could come in for an interview. I was expecting to have to wait at least a couple of days before having the interview, but he goes, "How about

So what exactly is Wegmans? I think you've written about it before, but I'm too lazy to look back. :-)

It's a grocery super-store and it's absolutely amazing. About 2/3 of it is a grocery store and the other 1/3 is the "Marketplace." There's a fresh fruit bar, coffee place, pizza place, sub shop, chinese buffet and so much more. Cookies. Salads. Tons of prepared food. Can be kind of pricey, but it's worth it. I think Ben DeLoose prefers Wegmans's olive bar. =) It is pretty amazing.

It's a chain, originating out of New York I believe. There's one, fairly new, in Fairfax, on the corner of Monument Dr. and 29.
