One guy who should actually update more often...

Yeah I know I should update more often! So here goes it!

The lazyness has really peaked in the last week, I've gotten nothing done and gone nowhere. I have a bunch of stuff that I *should* be doing including a lot of Historical Entertainment membership work, but I havent gotten paid in a long time so Im not in a rush. But all that will change this Monday with my first day of work! I have to be down Pittsburgh at 7:45 which means I have to get up about 6 and hit the road by about 6:20-6:30. Hopefully traffic won't be too bad that early in the morning, though I really souldnt hit any till I get down around 885 and 837 near Hayes.

The other day Ray, mom, and myself went down to look at a house in the Crafton neighborhood of Pittsburgh, it was very nice inside albeit a bit small but the rooms are just a little bit smaller then my current room (Rays old room) I think we're going to go look at another one in Beechview that is bigger and $5000 more (but it has 3 bedrooms and a finished attic!) When we stopped at Rays office he gave me a ton of stuff including Lost Season 1, Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxay, and Toy Story on DVD and free tickets to the Renaissance Festival! I think I am going to go it tomorrow but I doubt that I am going to dress up for it.

Next weekend is a reenactment that Id like to go to but it doesnt look good, I dont really know how tired I am going to be from my first week of work and I really dont have the money at the moment. I have to save all I have for gas untill the paychecks start coming in. I dont think that I'll get my first paycheck though untill at least the 7th of Oct, which bites the big one. In better news though I should get my 5th NY jacket before next week is out because they were finishing it up when I called yesterday so they said it should be done that evening or the latest Monday.

Speaking of wadrobe, the Halloween costume stores are starting to open up around the area. I stopped into the two off Rt 51 by the mall, the one had a better selection then the other (there was a pretty nice pirate captain costume but it was $170!) but my big problem with Halloween costumes is POLYESTER! I hate how crappily they are made and how expensive they are, some are almost as expensive as getting something custom made in wool! Oh well maybe I can pick something up for next year after they mark down their exorbant prices.

I think my plans for the rest of the weekend are going to entail watching the LOST season 1 DVD set to catch up with the series to be ready for season 2. I need to get signed up for Netflix so I can rent "Firefly" which zora113 has recently introduced me too and so far I am enjoying! I have seen some of the ads for the movie coming out too. I also want to rent "Dead Like Me" season 2. Unfortunatly both shows have been cancelled so theres nothing left beyond whats been put out just like Wonderfalls.

Z did you know Joss Whedon worked on Toy Story? I saw that in the credits and was suprised! I also watched Hitchikers, and though I've never read the book I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I was told though that the movie was compeletly different from the book, but I really dont care because movies always diverge from their books, hell just look at Gods and Generals! LOL! Well I think its getting close to dinner so Im off...
