End of an era
Just sobbed myself through the beta of breatherepeat's last chapter. (Nothing to do with the fact that I'm PMS-ing. I swear.)
Sixty-five chapters, not counting a handful of interludes. Truly epic. I don't want to leave them.
A fitting ending. Just perfect. Reminds me of the ending of "Six Feet Under". Not that she fast forwarded to the nice scene I imagined with Jared and Shannon sitting in rocking chairs at 80, but the speed up in time, the way things fell into place.
Truly a unique piece of fiction that I feel privileged to have helped along in any small way.
By looking just a little left of center, we can see the real life interactions of the band a bit more clearly.
Certainly a personal favorite.
