Prisoners of Conscience Internet Portal Launched in London

POLITZEKI, an English-language internet portal has been launched in London, which contains news on human rights in Russia and a full list of Russian prisoners of conscience including Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Platon Lebedev and other former YUKOS employees including Alexei Pichugin, Vladimir Malakhovsky, Alexei Kurtsin, and Sergey Shimkevich.
These former Yukos employees were also featured at the "Strategy-31" rally held in support of Russian prisoners of conscience in front of the Russian Embassy in London on March 31st. During the rally, participants were given leaflets, which called on them to help the prisoners of conscience by raising concerns about the Russian government's abuse of human rights with their local MPs.
