So yet another attempt to buy a house down the drain. We actually made it all the way to the inspection, but because of what would need to be fixed and how much it would cost we just couldn't go forward with the house. Well, it is probably for the best that you didn't get the house. I know it is frustrating but you don't want a lemon. and hey now that realtor who fired you won't get any commission from when you do buy a house. I really hate giving money to someone I feel doesn't deserve it. You'll find something I am sure.
