OK, so I really want to study abroad for a semester or summer (I would prefer a semester, but I'm not sure I'll be able to work it out with credits and stuff) I really don't know what I want to do with my life. I'm a Biology major and I like research, so really any of these programs would be great. Anyway, here are my top 3 choices...what do you think?
1. Kenya: I will stay in a Bush Camp at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro and study Wildlife Management. This is my absolute top choice...but there is a lot of political unrest in Kenya and the US has issued a travel warning (i dont care, but my parents are not cool with that)
2. Turks and Caicos Islands: I will stay in cabins by the ocean and study Marine Resource Management. I get to SCUBA and snorkle like everyday, pretty cool! The only con of this program is that I've been to the Bahamas and other islands many times before, and I'm kinda looking for something different from a normal vacation, ya know?
3. Australia: The field station is in the Atherton Tablelands (NE Australia, near Cairns). I'll live in a cabin in the rainforest and study Tropical Rainforest Management. I've always wanted to go to Australia!
