Himself's brother called tonight. He's moving to Canada. That rather leaves the rather wonderful Brad, my father-in-law, in a state of limbo. Obviously he needs to relocate to this side of the ocean, but the question is where. Complicate this with the fact that he doesn't want to travel, and you have a real quandary.
