WOW. That *is* a beautiful view. It reminds me of the foothills of the Pyrenees, although PV looks like it might be even more lush. Is that the plum tree on the left? Very nice!
*sigh* It would be so wonderful to look out across a hillside like this. And the neighbourhood looks both cozy and private since none of the houses seem to look to the others.
That is one of the nice things about living here; it's all very private. My side (the city side) is very green, although the other side of the hill (the ocean side) is much more deserty.

!!! Those are fabulous! I especially like the idea of seeing LA in the distance framed by the elements like that. Makes the big city seem small and insignificant compared to the vastness of nature.
Really, those are incredible. I love the last one in particular. The colours must have been stunning as seen by the human eye.
