Sometimes Pain is Good, Stretching/Yoga, For One

short story:
i left work early yesterday (unexpectedly to my boss) and biked first to penn station where they wouldn't let me take my bike on the train b/c it was rush hour, so then biked to chinatown bus to philly to patco to free radiohead in camden at the (susqu)E(hanna) center last night, hung out with Paul DelMar & Colin & Dan Brill & Folk and afterwards rode to our neighborhood, hung out from 1 am to 4:30 am with Dave, Luke, Galanti and Amanda, slept, took the 10:00am chinatown bus back to nyc, did yoga on the middle platform of the williamsburg bridge, biked to work & got in at 2pm, immediately cleaned out my desk and talked to my boss and am now working solely as a consultant - no hours, but i only get paid if i generate a lead that turns into a contract: 10% off the top, with hopefully $50k contracts on the table... pretty ridiculous/amazing/scaryWonderful

i'm looking at taking out loans for portland right now, but need to pay off my credit card bill with a check i just sent out today in order to make my credit report look sweeter

at this point in my life, where i keep doing what i want and getting the opportunity to do what i want it's totally like this:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
~Marianne Williamson
