Go team DiamondHawk!

Yeah, we've been working like massive hours lately. I worked 12 on Friday, 13 on Sunday, 14 on Monday... woot woot. We had a ton of parties and I think I've gotten over the exhaustion and the anorexia that came with them. lol. It was kind of cool though. I was a busser and there were like one hundred people one day, two hundred the next. Not bad at all except you have to put in so much work before and after with the prepping and setting up and cleaning after. We had to box up all the extra dishes and put them in the basement. It's a lot of work. I guess it was worth it since they were all happy, my tip wasn't much but oh well. I got a lot of overtime so no complaining here.Everyone keeps calling off too. I have to bus on Saturday. I guess they all aren't too reliable.

In other news Yuki and Momo are leaving on Sunday and then the two other girls arrive on Monday and leave on my birthday I think. They're nice except Yuki is too picky and critical. We took them to Yings and the Chinese food is different but Momo just ate it and Yuki was all complainy and like "I think it is all not too good." And they went to Darien Lake yesterday and Yuki said she didn't like it. But oh well, there's always one.

The O.C. has been crazy too! oh my god. Lol, I'm like addicted to the O.C. and scratch off lottery tickets now. It's a new phase, thought I'd try something new. Ya know how it goes . . . But Summer and Seth better get back together or I'll cry like insanely.. (or at least more than I did last night) and I can't believe they killed off Marissa! lol. I'm so behind and yet so intrigued.

I'm really disappointed with how my novel has been going too. Which is not at all because I'm still on the beginning of chapter three and when I left school I had the first two chapters done. I'm in the middle of like five books too. But at least I've got my thank you letter for my scholarship done  today and I started a new letter to Rose so I can have the semblance of some production. Maybe I'll work on Shaken, Not Stirred tonight. That would be wonderful.

Also, the mean cook at work was fired. Everyone thinks I'm in high school, which is a little funny but rude. I get to go shopping soon. Lauren and I are going to see Othello at Shakespeare in the Park (little shout out to Mr. Rose for making us read that in English 10R) and we went to CanalFest the other night which was fun. We talked and saw Santa Clause and had kettle korn. :o) All in all I'm doing well. I hope you all are too. Life's too short to frown.
