Hyuu, and thank you! I've been wondering about banners actually, so I'll definitely have to put that up.

I'm actually doing alright with the modding for the most part (except when my brain has gone on holiday that time, which I apologize deeply for); most of the time I'm waiting to see if any more entries will come in as generally if I haven't posted the voting, that means entries are still open. I probably need to change the schedule, as waiting till Saturday night means I can get a few more entries in. Sorry for the times of waiting and such when they should be up. ^^;;

I was discussing with kaitou_1412 about it all actually last night; I need to pimp out the comm again. Though as we can tell from tantei_stills, we're not the only icontest comm that's having trouble getting icons. I've seen advertisements in other fandoms popping up as well.**scratches head**
