Reminiscence
rahhh, kinda screwed up.
haha. i spent about 30mins playing some korean flash tetris game online.. till the 48th level.
till i decided that i need to sleep now. cos its 1am already. and im gg to sentosa at 8am in the morning.
hmph. while i was playing, was again thinking about some happy nanyang times.
when we were in class tgt, watching movies after the exams.
then going for eoy programme that i enjoyed a lot. plus making new friends from other classes
then coming together as a group to perform for our hosts in china!
then random talkings at night when the dorm lights were alrdy off and people next door came to complain that we were too noisy.
waking up to a temperature of about 5-12deg in the morning. with nothing warm but only a t-shirt and bermudas and walking to the toilet to wash up. it was cold, but it was super funn. having the whole big toiolet to urself. and looking out of the window, which didnt show much scenery, but made me realise i wasnt in singapore then, i was in china.
washing and hanging clothes to dry in the cold air, which mostly probably ended up FREEZING them up.
i miss those days.
coming together to clear up the mess in the china dorm. cos well, we were gg to sleep there. xDD
and buying stuff from the nearby supermarket just across the street.
and then realising we arnt sure if it was safe to buy the food there.
hahah. but we just bought and ate it anyway.
morning came and the whole grp came down for breakfast. was it a feast!
bread, pau, porridge, vegetables, and lots of random stuff.
it was like super full, totally didnt feel hungry during lunch at all..
AND THE MILK THAT THE PPL THERE MADE MOST PROBABLY OUT OF CONDENSED MILK
like hot water + condensed milk.
new experience, but i liked it very much ((((:
then gg for classes, listening and not understanding anything.
cos we were all posted to j1 classes.
they were learning conics then, now i understand the overuse of x^2+y^2 = r^2
and the random ovals we saw on x and y-axis
then being amazed that we could have such graphs, cos we only knew about hyperbola then. (yah, sec3)
then gg for lunch outside school with our buddies!
at some bbq restaurant down the street.
takes about 10mins to reach there.
its like cross the road across, cross the next road towards ur left, walk straight, turn left and continue to walk straight.
im amazed i can rmb how to walk there.
there were some magazine stalls, then u see tables full of hand-made fabric near to some cybercafe and a shop selling children clothings.
yahh. but i love the bookshops there. our nice buddy brought us there and the books there were super cheap.
so i just decided to buy and give it a try,
it was kinda good actually... had a lil manga feel to the novel.. ^^
