I hope you feel better.. and move on.. and can be happy again.
Just a side thought: Check what your registered email address is here.. if it's that hotmail one... and he knows the password.. all he'd have to do it request the password to be sent to the email. If you changed them both.. excellent.
Let me know if you're interested in a gmail account. I don't like hotmail, they're pretty easy to hack.. and yahoo is too if you don't use flase information when you register. Anyone that knows you a little would have no problem resetting your Yahoo password.
Good luck with everything... I know it's rough... You know you can always call and talk to Trish. :)
Isn't it a bit hypocritical to not care what a person thinks about when you're in a relationship with them, but seek out their thoughts when it's over?
hypocritical, yes, but also vindictive and self serving of him.
That he takes it as a joke is to your advantage... it means he doesn't understand the depth of what you've written here and how much it means to you. Let him think what he wants, it just means he still doesn't understand.
That and friendslock everything for a while at least, until he gets tired of looking.
*hugs*
plus you could start another journal of a different name, and tell people on your flist about it, then delete your current journal temporarily. They stay in memory for 30 days, and as long as you remember to undelete it every couple of weeks or so, and then delete it again, you can keep it offline indefinitely.
once again, you give me another perspective. I LOVE that about you.
I've friendslocked everything, so the only way he could get in is if he had a password. no idea. either way, you're right. Let him think what he wants.
That's the point, right?? I am the only one who has to know what I meant, because this journal is MINE, and mine alone. I shouldn't have to justify my own thoughts, beliefs or opinions to myself. if he looks.... he should be prepared to deal with what he finds.
I very well MAY delete my journal, as you suggested. I had no idea that they kept them for any length of time. that's fantastic!

so, I've switched the email notification to my gmail, which I've also changed the password to.
thank you for the advice!
Also, I DID call and talk to Trish today. She's such an incredible and compassionate woman. I wish I had a spouse like that. :)
