I rolled my rogue right before BC, and I still had to turn in about 75 stacks of runecloth. But, I did it for the mounts, right before they fixed rep bonuses for starter zones.

I just win because I was too lazy to get reps to Exalted until their was an achievement.
(I had to turn in about 20 stacks of rune cloth for the BE).
