Living in the Future
I really enjoy living in the future. Today, while visiting a NASA base in a city I've no knowledge of, one of my shoes failed. Wanting some other supplies as well, I walked out to my rental car, started it up, and spend 30 seconds typing "Target" into the GPS console. Then I drove directly to the nearest Target, replaced the shoes, got some other supplies, and headed directly back to my hotel without needing to retrace my steps to the base or anything.
