so, it is a new day, new month, like i said yesterday. so far today i have had some crystal light (like two sips) and a jolly rancher (i know i suck). so yeah, i am not going to fast, b/c that just leads to binging for me. i plan to stick to a restricted amount of cals a day. i was planning on doing 1,000 with a couple other girls on here, but i am going to try and stay under that as much as possible. about six months ago when i use to come on here all the time, i was restricting to about 500 cals a day. i guess i just need to take it slow and then hopefully soon enough i will be back to 500 or less cals a day. i am really wanting to stay away from carbs b/c that is my weakness (bagels, pasta, potatoes). i am going to try and eat enough protein in a day to where my hair wont start falling out. and i am also goign to be eating so many veggies that i will probably be sick of them! lol!
what are some of your plans? do you guys try to stick to the same thing daily or do you just go day by day and see what happens?
it almost seems like if i dont have some sort of plan that i fail almost instantly.
oh well, sorry for rambeling. i am at work and really dont feel like doing anything. i am sick and tired, and fat for that matter. ugh, my body is so disgusting.
