OK, now it's official. I'm going to a U2 concert in two weeks! Two weeks and two days to be more exact! And Franz Ferdinand is the opening act! Yay. I spent about five hours on the phone today trying to reach the tickets central but it is worth it, I'm sure! I'm soooo happy. I got it, Nick!
Now, a quick update. Had a good weekend, went out with friends on Friday and Saturday nights, and watched Memoirs of a Geisha.
Next weekend is promising to be very exciting as well, with many events to attend to.
I once again came to the discussion of what exactly it means to me a nerd. Well, I just don't think people should be offended by this title. Nerds are great. If people think you're awkward or boring because you like Harry Potter or because you can talk about various interesting subjects with people of all ages, then they're worth of pity. I mean, girls who can only, ONLY talk about men are cool? Come on! If that's the case, I'm happy with not being cool.
I'm so writing a paper about how media influences people on thinking that being intelligent and having culture is a bad thing.
Ok, I might not be making any sense now. English is not coming very easily to me tonight... sorry.
