Characters: Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark
Bruce moved to put on the cowl while Tony worked in the background on a new engine for the tumbler. He didn't know when Tony had managed to get into the batcave and actually convince him to work there on his equipment but he had to admit that some of the gadgets Batman used wouldn't have been there if it had not been for Tony Stark. Bruce turned around and looked at the man covered in soot, grease paint and messy hair. It was quite the sight to see. Tony didn't bother to look up but stuck the tip of his tongue out of the corner of his mouth. Walking over stiffly to Tony, Bruce ruffled his hair before he crawled into the tumbler. Jim needed him. An emergency, the man had let him know. Tony looked up at Bruce and frowned.
"What?" Bruce growled.
"You're using an old cowl aren't you?"
"I'm using the same I always do," Bruce shook his head, not knowing where Tony went with this.
"C'mere," smiling softly, Tony walked over to Bruce and pulled off the cowl. There was only one little thing that the man had missed. With one swift move, he covered Bruce's eyes with a good amount of grease paint that was still on his fingers. Bruce didn't want to know why the man had so much of it on his fingers.
"You didn't hide those pretty eyes, sugarlump," Tony winked, "now off you go to your sexy commish. Don't do things I wouldn't do!"
Bruce put on the cowl again and rolled his eyes, "whatever Tony."
