Greetings all. Well much has happened in the two months since I have written here. Lets start with the biggest news first. I am no longer getting married. Jen decided, almost right after the last entry I made here that she wanted out. After 6 years of on again off again I just didn't have the energy anymore to fight for her. She would often ask how far she would have to push me before I stopped fighting for her, well let's just say we found out. I can't say it doesn't hurt, it really really does, but I know in the long run we are both better off. In the two months since she has left I have joined a gym, put my self on a budget I am actually sticking to and have been much more committed to both acting and Bose, so I have to admit that maybe we were just holding each other back. I think we were both putting so much energy in to just trying to keep the relationship together that we let the rest of our lives go to shit. I miss her every day and I still love her, but I wish her all the happiness in the world and hope that she gets everything she wants out of life. Bright side here being that I get to stay in California
I got an e-mail the other day letting me know that my 10 year class reunion was in the planning stages. Starting to feel old here, but I am looking forward to seeing everyone. I sent out an e-mail to a girl I hadn't seen since like 4th grade. My first real crush. She is married now and has two kids and seems pretty happy, which is cool. I think this whole 10 year thing just has me real nostalgic right now.I finally got in contact with Megan again, and she sent me a picture of her absolutely gorgeous daughter. She is simply the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. She is so lucky.
Jason is going to be directing "Mars Needs Women..." next semester and has graciously asked for B and I to read for him. I am pretty excited about doing another show. I have never been able to give my 100% to show. I have always been torn in too many directions, and Jen never made it easy. So It'll be nice to see what I am capable of when I put my self fully into it. I am really looking forward to the possibility that B and I get to do a show together and actually play off one another, should be great. Hope it all works out.
I just got home from La about an hour ago, we went to a 4 o'clock showing of Star Trek and The Chinese theater. What an awesome experience. The theater is beautiful and the movie was absolutely amazing. I am going to go catch it again tomorrow here in town. It was that good. Wow is all I can say. I could do with out all the spoilers from the previews, and there was a plot point that you could see coming a file away, but all in all a FANTASTIC movie. After the movie we went to hang out in Hollywood and would up seeing a sneak preview of "Catch Me If You Can." at the Egyptian, a movie I have wanted to see since I heard about it because I had actually seen the man the movie is based on speak at EWU years and years ago. The best part was after the movie there was a Q & A with Christopher Walken who plays the father in the film. I was sitting about 7 feet from Walken and it was Great. So this was just an incredible day all the way around.
My cousin has been visiting me for the past two weeks, its been good to see him again, we have gotten in some good card games, not as mayn as I would like but oh well we still have a few days left. I went ahead and updated my webpage on aol tonight and figured that now there there was a link to my journal I should update it as well. I am almost throught the Ms on my DVD project and Finally have my entire cd collection encoded on my computer. I finally bit the bullet and joined 24 hour fitness. My work schedule was making working out harder and harder and I was starting to gain back all the weight I had lost last year. Okay that pretty much updates my life sine my last entry. Go See Star Trek, and when it comes out Catch Me If You Can. and by the Way Vice City was so worth the wait. Peace and Long Life.
