I'm going to give Falling Skies and Necessary Roughness a second try. They're both kind of wobbly in the pilots. Falling Skies has big semi-reptiles and they put what looks like baby scorpions on the back of the human neck to control them. I was online late last night following some of my ideas and other ideas. After that, I read the paper and got to bed to read at 2am. I read until 5am and came out to bring the paper in. Last night I watched Modern Family and then started watching a DVD. I stopped for the 11pm news and then finished the DVD. I read Tuesday's paper and got to bed to read at 2:30am. I got up at 3pm yesterday, still needing more sleep, and was on the computer, watched TV, and read the paper. I got to bed to read at 4am and set the alarm for 1pm. Okay, I'm feeling stupid here. I want to buy this hub so when I want to take the Eee somewhere else, I can just unplug it from the master plug. No problem with all the peripherals, but I'd like to plug the old computer into the hub, too, and use it as a drive. I called Bank of America and it turns out Fannie Mae considers the condo worth $144K, so I get a new mortgage! Apparently they don't actually do appraisals, they just pick a number. The Making Home Affordable mortgage is 2 points less than the current one and $200/month less in payment. All costs are worked into that except the $400 application ( Read more... )

Rain, but no ice here. I'd been up unil 6:30am to catch up with ML & LJ and had to get up at 10am to be dressed and so forth before Lucila came, so I slept from 11:30am to 4pm, just waking up long enough to pay her and lock back up. lizzibabe came to haul more books around and there's just eight left now, so I can do those myself.
