At the library yesterday, I was talking to someone while I put the adjustable handle down and, well, the handle tried to bite part of my wrist. It looks a lot better today and I don't think I'll need to see a nurse or anybody, but it was pretty startling! Particularly because I have an elbow mark from the labs yesterday! I've never had to use squirt bottles for the cats, I've generally gotten them to understand the way my voice sounds.

We are considering another indoor dog (not for a few months, though). I'm on the fence on that, though, wondering if that'll be twice the effort (and the vet bills) or if it'll mean Jerry won't be so obviously bored and lonely any longer.
Decisions, decisions.
Hope your hand is healing, no fun when you hurt yourself (or the phlebotomist does).
Take good care,
Doris
