Still Moving, Some
I've only been doing one thing a day and then sleeping a lot. Well, not yesterday -- I don't know what it was, but I think my upstairs neighbor had an elephant up there with her. I saw the rheumatologist today and when she saw my hands, she scrolled through my chart and it turns out that I have osteoarthritis in my hands. I remember being told the scan showed arthritis, but not the osteo version. She recommended a capsaicin skin cream -- Zostrix -- which should be easy to put on my hands.
I have some books to post about, but just two today.
