Wouldn't it be something if children still even wanted to skip rope? *sigh* yeah, I grew up partly in the gun environment.

He needs a date?! How could that NOT get a reaction? XD

But it was a nice break in the emotion too.

Haha, I can try... It was a long time ago and the whole night is kind of a blur - I think I was so in shock about the fact that I was about to see, and then seeing, and then had just seen Michael that the memories are all kind of jumbled, unfortunately. I remember standing behind these blue barricades behind Carnegie Hall, waiting for him to arrive - I had brought a letter and a teddy bear for him (:-) ), though I wasn't counting on there being any chance of getting it to him. Anyway, suddenly, these black SUVs appeared, and there was a moment of total madness with people pushing toward the door (he must have gotten out of the car then) and people just kind of scattered. The barricades obviously got pushed aside, but I didn't actually see him (I'm only 5 feet tall and there were too many people in front). I walked over to the SUVs after though, and ended up giving my letter to a security guard, who said he'd pass it on

A tad, I'm sure.
