Miscommunications.

Turns out when I moved him Norm, the previous landlord, didn't mention to me that there was assigned parking. However, he also didn't mention to everyone who's lived here for a while that there isn't assigned parking either, and instructed the new landlord that there is NOT assigned parking. The woman downstairs was still under the impression that there is.

Colton got into it with the woman from downstairs husband. Not to mention Colton was completely wasted since him and some guys have been drinking all day since it was senior skip day. But the guy downstairs was a dick too so they matched up perfectly. I finally went downstairs and talked to the woman and she ended up shutting her door and talking to me outside because her husband was being a dick. And Colton was upstairs puking.

We came to the conclusion that it was a misunderstanding on the landlords part.
And that we without a doubt have to keep our men seperated.
But me and her are on good terms, so that's good.

We are going to stick to the idea of assigned parking spaces, atleast for the one designated parking space we have. And then since we both have 2 vehicles, the other parking is free for all. Hopefully Colton and Justin will never run into eachother again. Colton was wasted, I dk what Justin's excuse was. But it doesn't matter. It's over with.

I have to say I'm really dissappointed in the new landlord. They came out as me and the lady were talking outside and they just looked at us like, "Uh oh they're talking"... because they are well aware of the situatino going on. And they just left. It was pretty sad. But what can you do. I'm going tomorrow to get the paperwork for Colton's name to be on the apartment too.
