Mimi's leaving! *sobs*
As much as I love having people visit, I hate seeing them leave. My grandmother's leaving today at 5 in the morning to catch a flight back to New York. I love my grandma so much and I'm gonna miss her when she goes back. Talking to her on the phone just isn't the same as having her here. I hate it! I hate it! I hate it!
I got new tabs for my Bible today. Remember that Bible that you got me back in 2000, David? It's nice and organized now. You'd be so proud of me. All the books in the Bible are marked with pretty white-and-gold tabs, so now I don't have to fumble around with it, looking for the section that I want to read. I finally decided that enough was enough when I was trying to follow along with the preacher as he read from the Bible at a Methodist church that I went to with my grandmother on Christmas Eve. By the time I found the verse, he was already done reading. Grrr...
However, aside from the things mentioned above, nothing else is new with me. I'm still alive, just in case anyone was laying awake at night and crying for my safety. Don't worry...I'm here to make it all better.
