Awesome Day!
Today was an awesome day! Nothing too exciting happened, so don't get your hopes up. Jasmine is still borderline uncool when it comes to having a life. I spent most of it alone. I watched "White Oleander" on HBO, which I enjoyed. I really didn't think I would, though. The reviews that I've seen about the movie are mixed: both good and bad. But I liked it. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in tear-jerking drama.
So, after that, I went to meet up with Cheryl (my councellor) so that she could answer any questions that I've had about Christianity and the Bible. She's really helpful. She forced me to let her buy me a hot chocolate as soon as I got there, and then we went into a secluded area of the Storehouse so that we could talk and laugh and have a good time. I'm not used to being so open with people, but I felt really comfortable around her. That's a very new feeling, but it's nice, y'know? Not having to worry about being made fun of or feeling bad about myself...I liked it.
Anyway, I don't know what else to say. Just that today was a really great day, and that I really hope that Cheryl and I can become friends. I'd like that very much.
