It was one of the most confusing beginning I ever read <3. During a few seconds, I thought that Sungmin was experimenting his search with someone real... But I knew at the same time it was impossible. I love that dialogue.
“Thank god, I found it!” The male let out a victorious yell and pulled the plastic appendage out of the wolf and Kyuhyun rolled his eyes. »
It must have been the most hilarious sight ever ! I can imagine him like this, so proud to find it.
« Only external disturbances can do something and if You’d wish to disturb the movement of the organs, You’d have to make a full surgery of the wolf to achieve that. »
I really like the whole explanation, it's very well thought out ! My biologist mind made me think : « Hm, I see... So if a wolf has a genetic mutation that induce a problem with the switching between wolf form and human form, that mutation would be lethal... ».
“The chance of me getting a guardian as stupid as he is zero.” The male said with a dry voice and Sungmin just rolled his eyes. »

Kangin's retort made me wonder... Do the wolfs dislike Sungmin because they really like Hankyung ? Or do they dislike him because, with his “hostile” behavior to Hankyung, they judged that Sungmin hates the whole wolf community ?
“We weren’t doing anything.” Siwon motioned panickedly with his hands and Zhoumi appeared beside him, cheeks flaming.”

I like that Zhoumi is the wolf in his relationship with Siwon. It doesn't make him more dangerous (not here), he's as sweet as we imagine him. But it gives him a hidden side. Zhoumi is a wolf, he can be dangerous when you think about it. He must be a beautiful and slender wolf. And I really like the way you describe his physical “changes” of his “desire”. The eyes, the way he moves... It makes him more sensual, in a way.
“The two spinal cords have fused together and change a bit when transformation takes place. The extra vertebrae serve as so called 'spare pieces' of the skeletal system and can transform into any other bone, depending on what's needed.”

I love to see Hankyung so cheerful.
“Sungmin grit his teeth together, trying calm himself down enough to turn around to face his wolf and act like a reasonable human being. He’s a man. Just a man. Kyuhyun was right, he had seen a man before, right? Right.”
And I still like so much the way you describe Sungmin's state in that kind of « intimate » moment with Hankyung.
I love the passage when Sungmin learned Hankyung's facial structures. It was very calm, Min's nervousness vanished gradually, he became more at ease. It's very peaceful. They acts like they have to but they aren't obliged too. Just a new guardian and his wolf. And the way they ask the other to know if he's fine is almost tender.
“I don’t want to scare you, but I have been doing this since the whole incident with him, and every night since then, one of his henchmen have checked whether they’d have access to your room.”
That's so scary... Heechul is really the kind to never abandon.

And I felt in love with the passage when Sungmin had to reach Hankyung's back from the front of him and when he realized that the wolf smelt like forest. I love all the words.
“Sungmin’s previous calm state had evaporated completely and his heart was beating somewhere around one million beats per millisecond.”
I could almost heard his heartbeats in my head. I like that sentence. It's not just word. I just felt like if I was Sungmin, pressed against Hankyung and feeling his skin near me. That whole passage has its own presence.
“Hankyung smelled like forest. [...] sought cover from under one of the big spruces in the heart of the forest.
It smelled like home.”
Well... Just during these few seconds beyond time, Sungmin was in love, for me. He so likes forest... he forgot where he's, he forgot he was feeling awkward, he forgot that he was just in front of Hankyung... The whole atmosphere, just with a scent, swallowed him and he was fine. I don't even have words to describe it, it's a question of feelings.
And wow. This first part amazed me.
