Sorry if I've been less than alive lately. I just haven't been doing anything terribly interesting and haven't had energy to get on the computer when I get home.
However, I have made some awesome purchases this week due to a nicely sized bonus from work.
Poirot the COMPLETE collection (26 dvds of glorious Belgian)
Quantum Leap Season 1 (That show is awesome. It even ages well)
So I've been busily watching those. I also got a ps2 (I finally caved) and have been trying out some games on it. Shadow of the Colossus has been very fun. I always feel really accomplished after killing one of them. Very David and Goliath.
Saw Transformers, thought it was poo. My Little Pony the Movie was by far better and 20 years older. So POO to you boy tv shows of the 80s.
Also finished Deathly Hallows. I cried, I laughed, I loved it. I think she did a superb job. Obviously, looking back there are still some questions that have yet to be answered...but hey, I got what I wanted.
I'll be coming home for Christmas for 3 1/2 weeks! How awesome is that. So NONE OF YOU are allowed to leave the country. IS THAT UNDERSTOOD??? Damn straight. Besides, now that I earn proper money I'm going nuts on Christmas presents so if you're not there, too bad! No English chocolate for you!
Other than that, works been kind of...I dunno, not boring, it's never really boring...just slow and fast all at the same time. But it's going well, I think after a year I have finally settled in. Still drives me crazy most of the time, but I've accepted it.
Going to London Dungeon tomorrow, so I'll try and write about that so you can hear all the gruesome details.
Now, for sleep, hopefully no crocodiles this time.
