SPRING BREAK WAS AWESOME!!!
well, where do i begin.
went to greece and italy for spring break. we all had sooo much fun!! we met some awesome people from jemison(chilton county). had a lot of fun with them. they are great.
greece was very relaxing. had a lot of free time. climbed the acropolis and went to the parthenon. had a great time. we also went to delphi. that was cool. oh yeah, the hotel was good too.
then we rode forever on a bus having soo much fun. annoying the crap out of the texicans who were on there with us. let's just say they didn't like us after that. so we get on this ferry to go to italy.
it was sooo gross. let's just say there was something in the bathroom that was left there and wasn't ours. the rooms were dirty. the showers were just curtains hung up. we slept in our clothes. and the only reason i got in the sheets, was because i was freezing. and like none of us took showers. that's how nasty it was. but believe me, it got 100x better.
so we get to italy. we first stayed in this place called sorrento. the hotel was pretty cool. although we had to climb like 107 stairs to get to our room and then again to get up to the lobby. but erin,amber, and i were in the room next to clint, justin, and caleb. so we hung out with them a good bit. we snuck out one night and went to this church and took pictures. then we went to get some ice cream. then we came back. we were talking and playing 20 questions. we found out what animal each of us would be. erin said a monkey, and she had been wanting to climb a tree soo bad. so she looks over and see the perfect tree for her to climb. so she climbed it and it was hilarious. then we went to the island of capri. that was cool. our guide looked like sheryl crow.
so then we went to rome. we didn't have a lot of free time there. that was the only bad thing. we didn't actually stay in rome, we were about 30 minutes out. but we had a nice hotel. we would hang out in the hallways and be crazy. elliott,clint,justin,erin,amber,and i hung out in the hallway til like 1. it was soo funny!! then the last night, we hung out in elliott's room, then she kicked us out. so we went back to our room and watched aladdin and ate our food cause the dinner that night was disgusting!!! amber pulled back justin's hair, cause it looks sexy like that**, and he looked like kip from napolean dynamite.
**we had watched mean girls earlier that week.and we re-enacted that part. it was soo funny. but he had the funniest laugh i think i've ever heard. it was soo contagious!! we started talking about his laugh, so instead of laughing, he would just say lol. that was funny too. but we stayed up til 2 watching aladdin. then we got up at 6 or so to get ready to go home. our group was the only ones leaving. and so justin and clint and some others got up and ate breakfast with us and said their goodbyes. so that was nice.
i also walked like 30 miles, and did i lose any weight?? let me tell you how much i lost. ok, you ready? NONE!!! oh well. it was because everynight for dinner, we had hard bread, pasta, and pork. i'm not eating pork again for forever!! lol!! but it was still good.
but overall, the trip was freakin awesome. i could go on and on, but my fingers are hurting.
next year we're going to austria and germany!! hopefully i'll be going.
anyway, i hope you all had a wonderful spring break. i'm hopefully gonna get my permit tomorrow. so yeah.
