I was reading on the ABC MB that someone has seen the proposal. Here's what they had to say:
Well, not quite, but I heard all about it and I have an excerpt from the script that includes it. (Hi, I'm Madi, by the way)
My roommate's father works in the editing room @ Grey's. When she was home last week for Spring Break, they were putting the finishing touches on 5x19. They basically let her see the entire episode (or at least the version that was sent to the press) She rewatched the MerDer proposal about 100 times and transcribed it and brought it back for me. Obviously, we're not supposed to leak any dialogue or anything, but my roommate is going to ask her dad how much we can say.
Just know this: I used to be a HUGEEEE fan. Like, way obsessive. And I kind of drifted away mid-last season... I just thought it wasn't as good as it used to be. But this scene brought me back. I've always loved Meredith and Derek, and this is everything we've been waiting for, for the past five seasons.

And how do you know you can trust me? Well, you can't know. I'm not asking for you to trust or believe me... I'm just telling you that I read it. It happens, and it happens on Thursday, and it is totally and completely worth the five-season wait. It's absolutely gorgeous.
