Valkyrie Movie Review
I saw Valkyrie last Friday. Let me just say, that this move was absolutely amazing. I know all of the critics weren't giving it great reviews, but to me this movie was fantastic.
Tom Cruise did a really good job in this movie. His character was so good at doing his job in "Opperation Valkyrie" that it gave me chills. When he placed the bomb under the table during Hitler's meeting, I was shaking. When he told the Generals of the SS that "Opperation Valkyrie" was in effect, I had chills. Tom Cruise was a perfect choice for his characer, and was amazing.
I was shaking throughout the whole movie. It kept me on the edge of my seat, and my heart was beating wildly in my chest. I was so engrossed throught it, that I didn't realize that I had been in the movie theatre for over two hours.
I would highly recommend this movie to people who either love or hate history. It is a story that isn't told that much, and honestly, it is one that you need to know.
I believe that this movie will join my collection as soon as it comes out on DVD.
All in all, I give this movie an A.
