It has been a while but this is important.
So I have to do this quick. We are sitting in a bar in Olympia, WA.
First, the trip is going well. The other day we shot guns at the base of a mountain in Utah. My favorite was the Luger.
Ok, here is the important part.
This idea has been culminating for the past month. I never thought I would get a tattoo. But last month I sat and watched someone get a tattoo and it dawned on me. The only thing I would consider getting on my body would have to represent Peoria. I love Peoria. I don't live in Peoria anymore and I won't be living there for quite a while. But I love Peoria.
So, I ran this idea by several people (thanks Rachel and Sarah), and they wanted to join. Then I thought, hey, why don't I get a ton of people and we can get the tattoo as a group.
Here are the details so far.
1. It will only be the size of your thumb...small.
2. You can put it anywhere.
3. It has to be the same tattoo as the rest of us.
Here is my idea for the tattoo. It is the shape of Peoria and it is also the Peoria Logo. Just the little logo not the words.
The plan is to have a party and multiple tattooers. The date is tentatively the second weekend of august.
So far there are about 15 people that are willing to do it. Please respond if you are considering it. Comments or questions?
