Pirates of the Caribbean was AWESOME!
I was so excited to finally get to see that movie... and Captain Jack Sparrow is just as amazing as he was in the first movie. I Can't wait for the next one to come out. I also bought 3 new movies this weekend to add to my collection. 28 Days, Save the last dance, and the latest Harry Potter movie. Oh how I love movies!
I had a good time with Lacey and some of her friends friday night. Tried out the new Grape Smirnoff drink with Lacey. It's pretty good stuff. But i'm still going to stick to my paralizers. They will always be my staple drink, I just love them, and nothing I try are as yummie.
My job is still going really well. I got a pair of those Crocks for my feet on thursday, and they are Wicked! I really didn't like them when I first saw them, but everyone kept telling me how amazing they were, and since my feet were killing me at work I got a pair, and they really are all that and so much more. When I went shopping for them I was going to buy a Black pair, but they were sold out, so I settled with HOT PINK! Oh Yea, all the kids think i'm Cool! LOL!
I also had the luxury of taking care of Tessa's new pet for the weekend while she's gone away to do her field work. Blackie is really becoming more comfortable with new people and he isn't running and hiding everytime I come out... but he is getting in the habit of dumping all of his food all over the place, and he even flipped his house upside down. Silly guy.
Its been a pretty laid back weekend, Christopher is sick from overexerting himself with his job this past week, so I got to give him some TLC and we sat out in the sun for a bit, and had smoothies, and watched some movies. It was nice to just relax and hang out and talk.
I'm really looking forward to Joy's girls night this friday at her new apt! Haven't seen my girls for a little while and I'm pumped to see Joy's new place. I'm also on the Day Camp volley-ball team for shinerama, so thats going to be really fun. Its beach volley-ball which should be more fun and less competitive! I'm glad i'm not the only person on the team that doesn't have a whole lot of volley-ball experience. But its going to be a blast!
My brother is coming up this weekend with my mom because he's moving out to Calgary where my Dad lives. Its so sad because i'm going to miss him. But from plans being made now, I might be going to Calgary for Christmas this year! So thats exciting. I haven't been out there for over 2 years now and it'll be nice to see everyone again.
