1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
- bought a ticket to San Francisco and told my family and friends that I was moving- then didn't.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Nope. Don't make 'em. If you don't make 'em, you can't BREAK 'em!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No?
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My aunt, but we weren't close.
5. What countries did you visit?
None. Sadly...
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
A life.
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
March 9th. Worst day of the year- bar NONE! Bad day at work, then rejected from CalArts.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Artistically, I went further than I ever dreamed.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Failing to live up to my own goals. Even the little ones.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Got sick. I HATE being sick! And nearly sliced off the tip of my left thumb.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A jacket ON SALE from Old Navy for like $9. Best purchase EVER! If I could have, I've have bought two more just like it!
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My friends- for putting up with all that animation/college/art yammering I did.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My boss and my parents. For not believing in me.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Art supplies, figure drawing sessions, gas money to GO to drawing.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
the possibility of going off to college.

Laughed.

No. Hating is pointless.

Going off to college.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
Sometimes life doesn't go the way you planned or even wished. But things happen for a reason. If you can figure that out, you can try again. It'll hurt. You'll cry. But "You can judge how big someone is by what it takes to discourage them". And somehow you will come out of your situation better off.
