Gundam 00: I finally understand!

So I finally caught up to all 15 episodes of Gundam 00 today.  I have to say that with the first few eps. I was so confused and lost by all the political and tech jargon that I just wanted to ffwd through all the roundtable/news talks. Code Geass politics were so much simpler.  But as the episodes went by we got to see more about the characters and I finally got a lot of the terms for the organizations and names of countries down.  And even after 15 episodes, I'm not sure I can name all the characters by full name...except for the Meisters.  But I can tell you my fav. character so far is Allelujah/Hallelujah. Tho, he sometimes goes overboard on the emo-ness.  And the chara I like least at this point is Tieria Erde.  I just wanna smack him and scold him saying if you have time to be so critical about  your co-workers, why don't you take a look in the mirror and start criticizing yourself.  Girly boy who doesn't know how to dress like a MAN!!  like a COOL MAN!!  I mean at least Setsuna has his Little Prince scarf going for him. :p  Tho, I should comment the one thing I like about Erde is his voice.  His seiyuu is awesome.  And don't get me started on Allelujah/Hallelujah's seiyuu, Yoshino!!  He really pulls off the two personalities splendidly!!

Up until ep. 15, I hadn't really felt much for Setsuna.  Despite seeing his sad past, I just felt nothing in particular towards him.  But in ep. 15 as he's on the verge of death and contemplating how he hasn't accomplished anything in his life, I began to pity him.  And wow the way Miyano screamed Gundam at the end!!! Ahh...it tugged at my heartstrings. ;___;

Looking forward to the new Gundams and the triplets!!  Konitan!!

And am I the only one who thinks that if the US had Gundams we would totally be the ultimate superpower?  I know, I've been watching this show too much.>
