Daddy Is The Greatest!
Gaerfie has really picked up the slack since I got depressed. I know I said all that stuff yesterday, but he is the one who gets up with the kids at the crack of dawn while I get up at the crack of noon, well 1030-1100 that is. Last night Gaerfie made pumpkin bread with the kids which they ate for breakfast this morning and after Katydid had her speech lesson we went to the park.
At first no one was there for a while and slowly some kids showed up. This one little boy took a shine to both kids and was following them around. His Mom said she never saw him do that before. She was very impressed with The Gnome and called the kids two balls of sunshine. It was a nice compliment. When we were getting ready to leave she asked if we come often and I said we try and get there a few times a week, but we always go on Weds. after lessons. She said hopefully we'll see you again. Her little by was only 15 months, but he played great with the kids.
The kids and Gaerfie are making flat bread pizza tonight for dinner and possibly more bread. I also put a new recipe on kitchen_witchy1 so enjoy!
