Awesome Movie Date And Bacon Doughnuts
To my wonderful surprise I was able to arrange a date yesterday to see Mitsuki-chan and my son C4. We went to the movies with the rest of the family and saw "Up". It was sadder then I thought it would be and I cried a lot. There were funny parts too, but I "Squirrel!".... Sorry about that. Mitsuki had to get going to stay ahead of a horrific storm that was coming. And when it got here it was scary! Lots of thunder, lightning, and hail!
After lunch Gaerfie and i started watching Star Wars Episode 1:The Phantom Menace. It wasn't as bad as I talk about it, with all the Jar Jar jokes I keep making. I enjoyed it, and went on the watch Star Wars Episode 2:The Clone Wars. I couldn't help MST3000 the romantic scenes though. On commercials we were switching back and forth to Ice Age and Ice Age 2 on another channel. I really want to see Ice Age 3 now. At 2100 I got ready for the third Star Wars and they didn't show it! WTF! Youi can't do that to me! My OCD can't take it! I HAVE to watch trilogys in order on the same day! It messes with me if I don't! I would have never watched any of them, if I knew that! Now I have to wait till 1800 tonight to see the conclusion, this sucks.
Gaerfie tried to cheer me up, by putting on the Food Network. We watched "Unwrapped" and then A new show called "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". This episode had to do with bacon. OH My Goddess, the food! We saw a burger that had a bacon patty on it! Talk about bacon cheese burger! Then one with an onion and bacon marmalade that looked like it would smell delicious! The best one by far though was the Maple Bacon Apple Doughnut! Check this out....A cake doughnut made with crumbled bacon and sauteed apples in the dough. Then fried, dipped in maple glaze and bacon sprinkled on top! I just had another heart attack! The runner up was a Bacon Crunch Chocolate Bar. Three layers of chocolate consisting of chocolate mousse, chocolate ganash with roasted nuts, and a chocolate hazelnut layer. think Nutella. The bacon that has been rendered of the fat sprinkled on top and slightly softened top. YUMMY! Ok I drooled again.
So this morning the kids and I are heading home. I am sort of not looking forward to this and all the mess I have to handle. My Mom is going to yell at me about money again. And to make matters worse I still have to serve my punishment for not showering properly and not following orders from the Mistress. I have to write a two page explanation as to why I didn't and read it on my knees in a corner. Well I deserve it so I will get it done. Talk to ya later.
