It's cook for Burma day!
Ok, actually, media_res is under house arrest in order show her support for this lady, who was trying to do awesome things for Burma but then got put under house arrest by the military, which is uncool.
So, my roommates and I are going to cook food and bring it to our house arrested friend. :) And it will be good.
But this chicken curry? O_o I wish I was in my mother's kitchen, cuz I'm worried about not having the right stuff to *make* said chicken. Or the right space and time. But no worries, for I shall manipulate the very fabric of the universe to make this dinner! er... I'll try, anyway.
In other news, I played the most epic game of Risk in my life on Thursday. That rocked. And yesterday was a very nice Friday, full of rum and really bad movies (The Covenant) which you should watch because it is just that bad, and 1) makes you laugh a lot and 2) makes you feel better about your own writing. because if THAT can be produced then... we all have hope.
