this is what surfing wikipedia and scans_daily gets me.
you see, I found that there is going to be a new beast wars comic coming out. this made me nostalgic, and so I looked up the article on Beast wars on wikipedia. being a sucker for finding out who voices who in what show and who else they voice in other shows, I looked up the Japanese voice actors for the Beast Wars team.
what I found out:
Dinobot's Japanese dub actor is Keiji Fujiwara. What made me almost screech is that the guy also voices Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist and ::looks around sneakily:: Axel from Kingdom Hearts 2. Hello, mindbend, pleased to meet you.
I was aware that Primal's actor was Koyasu Takehito, better known as Touga Kiryuu from Utena. What I was not aware of was that he was also Yosho from Tenchi and Hotohori from Fushigi Yuugi.
Ravage's voice actor is the guy who does Ichigo's dad on Bleach, Homura in Saiyuki, Katsuya Jounouchi in Yu-Gi-Oh, and most "bah?!"-worthy moment, Obi-Wan Kenobi in the prequel dubs of Star Wars.
I take that back. new most "bah?!"-worthy moment is that Rampage's actor not only does Adult Link's grunts, but is also the voice of Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. Freak out moment. Maggie will screech, should she read this.
Aladdin, Sephiroth, Kojiro/James from Pokemon, Crim from .hack//sign, Urahara from Bleach and Mizuki from Naruto. What do all these things have in common? They are all voiced by the person who does Inferno in Beast Wars.
Nakuru from Card Captor Sakura, Ms. Shimizu from Chobits and Blackarachnia are all the same actress.
Tarantulus is Musica from Groove Adventure Rave. I may never be able to read it the same way again...
Megatron is Raditz, Buggy the Clown and ::looks both ways:: Kuwabara. Now will have weird Hiei/Rampage Kuwabara/Megatron moments in my headspace. Draca will be moderately freaked, mostly by the fact that I actually looked this up. She says hello, actually.

Inuyasha is Rattrap and Ranma. Blackarachnia's english voice actress, Venus Terzo was also Ranma.
edit: there is a fma pocket watch at hottopic. it even has the phrase scratched into that Ed's has. is very cool. still want the Winry patch and keychain more though. ::<3's Winry::
