I got so much news to share it took me two weeks to elaborate everything!!

So first of all the trip. A MEMORABLE ONE - in so many ways. First day was kinda blah though, due to a misunderstanding between my mom and the owner of a biergarten (lol I'm laughing right now but at the time we were ready to leave and come back home out of rage), plus it was literally pouring, so when we woke up the next day we decided to pretend nothing happened and that we had just arrived. Luckily it worked, thanks to the sunny day and the thought of all the dazzling pictures ready to be taken (which helped me) and the billions of shops downtown ready to be raided (which helped everybody else). We bought a lot. Stuff is actually cheaper than in this hole, apart from water bottles and coffee (espresso to be correct). And beer is cheaper than other beverages!!! Madness.
Then after about two days of ravaging shops we moved on to visit THE CASTLES WITH FUNNY NAMES (Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein). I yet have to find words. They both were totally worth the waiting and walking and panting and dying to sit down somewhere, be it the goddamn throne. The look on my parents' faces was priceless. I'm glad they enjoyed themselves, they really deserved it.

I can't post pictures at the moment because my beloved iMac broke down (actually didn't even bother to start up, stupid power supply) right after we got home. So it's been sent to the hospital, poor baby. Sis was mourning so badly that mom and dad decided to give us an early Christmas present: a brand new MacBook Pro. Nice replacement I say! We'll end up having two computers... Yours truly kind of went mad trying to set it up but succeeded eventually. It still doesn't have most of the applications we had on the old one but we count on the fact that when it comes back healed we can "copy and paste" all the stuff it contains.
Damn it's cool having a laptop.

Next topic: weddings. My cousin (daughter of my mom's sister) got married last week - like, we got back from Munich and two days later we had to attend the wedding! Frenzy was an understatement. I decided to wear my not-so-high-but-still-too-high-for-me heels. NEVER AGAIN. An entire afternoon aching and suffering, poor feet.
There's going to be another wedding in a week, still a cousin (son of my grandmother's brother). I swear I'll go for ballerinas.

i love how i have two tags: "relatives" and "slimy relatives" lolol

relatives, vacation
