Where did it go? I thought I had it! Now it's all gone.
deflower_draco's deadline is 13 days away and I've not even written a THING for my fic! I think what's worst about me not having started on my fic yet, is announcing that fact on LJ where BOTH mods for the community are on my f-list. *shifty eyes* *nervous giggle* *sidles away*
Also, is it just me or:
a. Fic plagiarisation has skyrocketed of late - it seems the mods at stop_plagiarism are getting almost daily cases these days. That sucks.
ii. HP fandom is dying. IS THIS TRUE?! I'm hardly seeing updates from a lot of fic authors I used to follow. Like, they'll participate in fests, but they no longer write fic off their own accord. For me, I don't have the same verve as I used to, mostly because my interest in HP is fading, but partly because I've been hearing reports of folks stealing fanfics, replacing the canon names, then self-publishing it. This seriously pisses me off. >:(
