Yesterday was hubby's birthday. I surprised him with a night's stay at a fancy hotel and dinner at a fancy restaurant. In comparison to the soft bed and pillows and towels of the hotel, home feels like SUCH a drag! Bah! XD
I also discovered that someone took one of my fics and translated it into Russian (I could be mistaken, though) - without my permission.

I used Google Translate to get an idea of what they're saying, and the translator apologizes for not seeking my permission. I don't know. At least they had the decency to credit me, but it would've been much more polite if they'd asked me first. :/ Don't even know if I want to call them out on it or if it's worth it. I figure if they enjoyed the fic that much and wanted others who can only ead their mother tongue to read it, that's cool. But at least a quick PM saying, 'Hey, I wanna translate your fic into X language. That OK?' would've been nice.
