yay, i'm home!
So, I went on a month and a half long holiday back to my home country to figure things out. To see if I wanted to stay in Toronto or the Caribbean.
Well, that was an eye opener!
Returning home certainly reminded me of why I'd left in the first place. The memories of bad experiences returned right away, and other factors played into making me decide: Nope, no can do! Toronto for me! Still, my family and bestie made my visit very enjoyable and I'm so happy to have seen them and spent the time with them.
I guess the saying, 'the grass is always greener on the other side' is right. In any case, I'm back in Canada now and I intend to make it work. That's including acquiring a proper job, being more active, and, perhaps, FINALLY finishing my fics!
