Prelude to Home
Even if it is 8:10 AM, It's too damn quiet.
No one is online, not even away. There's no sound outside (aside from a bit of construction). There's no 'chatter' in the background that I always pick up on the edge of silence. All my friends ('cept for Erin) have left already. DC is a house with all the children gone, I ain't going back there today. Heck, I'll prolly take the Metro to Court House t'day, since I miss taking the Metro already. Or not, I'll just drive and hit everywhere important One Last Time before I take off to TN.
And for the first time, I feel pessimistic about next semester.
I need to shave, shower, then get dressed. Entil'zha Veni.
