Karaoke music for Wind Beneath My Wings? That should be easy enough. Just get a midi version. That's all the instruments without the voice. Google turns up a slew of sites with it. This one looks good. It's got the file, doesn't try to auto-download it, and there's even a YouTube video of Bette singing it (with the lyrics on screen). Bonus: Opening the file in a midi editor will give you the sheet music.
