(meanwhile I am being TOTALLY spoiled by the S&S publicist. Even if nothing actually happens (most promo promises are smoke, anyway) I am feeling some definite love. Or at least the sense that someone in that department knows my name.)

Get these, http://www.nnpvitamins.com/lilcritters/immune-c-gummy-bears.php , they kill a cold dead in 3 days and if you take the maintenance dose, 1 bear per day, you'll avoid 99% of the colds floating about. (Alaric's head cold has lasted about 2 weeks. My version of it lasted 2 days.)
