What the hell does a gall bladder do?
Okay, so pretty eventful and non-eventful week.
Last Friday I had my gall bladder removed. Now, I had found out I would have to do this about two weeks previous to the surgery, but I wasn't supposed to have it out until the day before Thanksgiving.
However, for an entire week I had gall bladder attacks (extreme pain in the upper right stomach that is said to be worse than labor).
So, I drove home (thankfully without any subsequent attacks) and promptly had an attack when I got home. My parents took me to the hospital (my third time in the ER since September) and the next morning I had four holes in my stomach and no gall bladder!
Yeah, so that's about the weirdest thing that has happened to me so far.
Was supposed to hang out with J.R. tonight. He called me last night and this afternoon and still managed to stand me up. Figures. Next conversation I have with him I will have to tell him that I'm not sure I can be his friend anymore. This is just getting ridiculous.
Job interview tomorrow. Nervous, but not really. I know I can rock it, and thinking that will probably just help me rock it more. Just hope I manage to get through it without any discomfort or pain from my abdominal area. I should be able to make it through two hours in the morning. Especially since my Dad is driving me so I don't have to deal with the huge steps on the train.
